wealth lab 5 .NET and API broker ?

Hi i'm writing a script on Wealth Lab 5 .NET... the problem is that i'm French and Wealth Lab 5 .NET works only with Fidelity broker for the US resident... and i'm not do you know anybody developp an API to connect Wealth Lab 5 .NET with a european broker ? like Interactive broker, Activ Trades... Scale out feature for TS

Trade Station

I need a scale out feature for TS trading emini ES. Obj1 limit order to cover (X)contracts and Obj2 limit to cover remaining contracts. Would like stop loss order to be moved to (X) Break Even or Entry once Obj1 is filled.
